What does TrackWatch monitor?
TrackWatch is designed to monitor the public sources and opportunity records a contractor depends on. Depending on the source, meaningful changes can include deadlines, addenda, pre-bid information, status, scope, project value, lifecycle and source availability.
Why not alert on every technical change?
Because interruption has a cost. A useful monitoring system should separate technical telemetry from contractor-facing problems. For example, a failed discovery probe may be worth logging, but it should not automatically become a human alert unless it affects a known record or the source monitor is actually unhealthy.
How is TrackWatch different from a basic page-change alert?
A generic page-change alert tells you that pixels or text changed. TrackWatch is designed to answer a more useful question: did something change that could alter the contractor's pursuit decision or next action?
Human in the loop
TrackWatch does not automatically bid, contact an owner or claim every detected change is authoritative. It surfaces the change, context and recommended next check. Official solicitation documents and owner instructions control.
