Built for contractors who need better pursuit decisions—not another list to search.
Contractor Opportunity Intelligence

Find the jobs worth chasing. Ignore the rest.

Hard Hat Radar turns scattered construction opportunity data into a company-specific attention queue. Define your target area, trades and capabilities. We help you find the fit, decide what deserves attention, and keep watching what matters.

Designed for general contractors, subcontractors and specialty trades. Start with one territory. Expand as source coverage grows.

The old workflow is backwards

More project listings do not automatically create more opportunity.

The expensive part is deciding which projects fit your company, what needs action now, and whether anything important changed after you found the job. Hard Hat Radar is built around that decision layer.

1

Find

Monitor relevant public project and procurement sources in the territory you care about.

2

Qualify

Compare scope, trade fit, geography, project status and contractor readiness.

3

Prioritize

Turn a long list into ACT TODAY, PURSUE NOW, VERIFY FIRST and lower-priority work.

4

Watch

TrackWatch keeps monitoring important projects and surfaces meaningful changes instead of raw noise.

Built to outperform the manual search loop

Less searching. Less noise. Better pursuit decisions.

Hard Hat Radar is not trying to win by dumping the largest possible database on a contractor. It is designed to make the contractor's next decision clearer.

Typical bid-search workflow

  • Search multiple portals and plan rooms
  • Filter by broad categories and geography
  • Open projects one by one to judge fit
  • Keep checking important jobs for updates
  • Receive alerts that may still require interpretation
  • Build your own pursuit priority outside the platform

Hard Hat Radar workflow

  • Start with your company profile and target territory
  • Match opportunities to actual trades and capabilities
  • Surface why a job fits—or why it should wait
  • Rank the attention queue by action priority
  • Filter low-value change noise before interrupting you
  • Keep watching the projects already worth your time
Your territory, not ours

Start where your crews actually work.

Hard Hat Radar began as a South Mississippi proof system. The product architecture is broader: a contractor should be able to define a home base, preferred radius or counties, trades, capabilities, project preferences and qualification constraints—then build a radar around that business.

The target is not “all construction projects.” The target is the subset your company can realistically pursue.

TrackWatch

Finding the project is only half the job.

Once a project matters, somebody still has to watch it. TrackWatch remembers prior state, detects changes, classifies what changed and filters routine technical noise before asking for human attention.

Watch

Public project sources and important opportunity records.

Filter

Separate meaningful pursuit changes from routine fetch noise and low-value updates.

Act

Surface the change, explain why it matters and keep the human in control.

“Stop paying people to repeatedly check the same sources. Watch the sources, filter the noise, and tell a human when something worth acting on changes.”

What is contractor opportunity intelligence?

Contractor opportunity intelligence is the process of turning fragmented project and procurement information into contractor-specific decisions. Instead of stopping at “here is a project,” the system evaluates whether the work fits the company, how urgently it deserves attention, what is still unknown, and what should be watched next.

What is Hard Hat Radar?

Hard Hat Radar is contractor opportunity intelligence software. A construction company defines its target area, trades, capabilities and pursuit preferences. The system then helps surface relevant opportunities, prioritize the best fits and monitor important projects for meaningful changes.

Is Hard Hat Radar only for Mississippi contractors?

No. Mississippi is an early proof market. The product is designed around a configurable contractor profile and target territory so the same decision system can be used as source coverage expands to additional markets.

How is this different from a construction bid board?

Traditional bid boards primarily help users search and filter project lists. Hard Hat Radar is designed to build an attention queue: match work to the contractor, rank pursuit fit, explain the next move and keep watching important projects for changes.

Does Hard Hat Radar automatically bid on projects?

No. It is decision support. Official solicitation documents, addenda, owner instructions, licensing and bonding requirements remain controlling. Hard Hat Radar surfaces information and recommended next checks; the contractor makes the decision.
